We're excited to release update 3.11. This update is designed to support our users in managing their teams better and help small teams achieve faster billing times in their day-to-day operations.

1. Quickly see the invoice # for each billable charge

No more switching back and forth to see which invoice your charges are billed on. In Base, you'll now find the Invoice column on the transactions table.

2. Track where your records get pushed

Have you integrated Base with your accounting system yet? Base will now show you which Accounting system your company, invoice, and bill records have been pushed to. Making your end-of-month reconciliation efforts that much easier.

3. Restore removed users with just a few clicks

Sometimes there's turnover. We get it, whether it's your staff, your client guest users, or your vendors. For Base Administrators, managing this turnover could get cumbersome... especially if they needed to restore them. With release 3.11, admins can now restore removed users without having to reach our support team.

Other bug fixes and improvements

  • Fixed a bug where a dashboard default option ("this fiscal year") would lock a user out of Base
  • Charge Codes table now shows Sales account/amount/tax and Purchase account/amount/tax for better exporting visibility
  • Chart of accounts now shows tax name and type on the table
  • Expenses now appear in the order they were created when generating Purchase Orders instead of a random order. This includes related expenses
  • Table filters and search results now stick when navigating to other pages and returning to the table
  • Users will now see a message informing them that they will have to re-generate the Purchase Order if they edit an expense that has already been generated on a purchase order
