Excel files can now be uploaded and mapped to import large amounts of data! This is currently available on the following tables, but we're open to making it available to more in the future:
There are now quick options for picking due dates like 15, 30, 45, and 60 days from the current day!
Want to see who's made changes to your job? Record History now shows recent changes for almost every record!
This can be accessed by clicking the dropdown on any record/job/document within Base
Need more accounting options? Base is now fully compatible with Quickbooks!
This can be set up by organization admins within the apps tab of the organization's settings
Don't want your due dates being shifted after an invoice is approved? You can toggle it off in your organization's settings!
This feature is within our "General" tab that we've added to organization settings. We would love to expand it with other preferences, and are open to feedback.
You can now pull custom fields into documents by filling out the "Field ID" field when creating a custom field, then adding that to your document (please note that we've temporarily disabled this feature due to an issue)
We have improved the default document templates to be more useful out-of-the-box by allowing organization admins to add and customize their banking information. This is managed in a new modal in the doc templates tab in org settings.
