Before, Base only supported quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and credit notes. Now, you can create any custom document directly from a Job, Project, or Company. Need receipts, packing lists, compliance forms? Build exactly what you need—fast.

5. Multi-Contact & Address Management

Handle multiple contacts and addresses without the confusion.

  • Moved the reference field into a column on the invoices table within jobs

Other Bug Fix

  • Fix an issue with job custom fields being pulled into transactions
  • Fixed a bug that was causing custom fields on the job to not stay in the correct order
  • Fix issues with searching and then trying to navigate to the next page of results
  • Fix a 500 error when pushing things to Quickbooks
  • Adjust the action button on the accounting tables to stop flickering
  • Fix an issue not allowing custom fields with the same name
  • Fixed decimals and commas from custom fields not populating onto documents
  • Fix an issue with custom fields duplicating on documents
  • Fixed an issue causing custom field values not to save when editing
  • Fixed a bug where the logo would be removed if a document template was removed
